In your Initial Consultation you will undergo a thorough trichology assessment using high-resolution microscopy. Your hair sample will be sent to a lab for analysis and afterwards, you will have a nutrition evaluation based on findings. Stress management session included.
The First Step to Restoring your Hair and Confidence
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A FULL HAIR LOSS CONSULT
First, meet with our board-certified trichologist to analyze your hair follicle
Our Founder & leading Trichologist will take the time to understand your personal history, lifestyle, and concerns related to hair loss. After reviewing your health and hair history, she will do a scalp and hair analysis using high-resolution microscopy. This hair sample will be sent to a lab for analysis.
Next, review your labs with a registered dietician
Meet with a Nutrition Specialist, MS Nutrition, CNSc to review your hair analysis report and pinpoint deficiencies related to hair loss. May include possible bloodwork to assess hormones and vitamin levels. At the end of this session, you will walk away with a tailored nutrition plan to support your hair regrowth journey
Lastly, identify major stressors in your life contributing to hair loss
Lastly, work with a stress and mindset coach to identify major stressors in your life that may be contributing to your hair loss and create actionable steps to manage them. We understand stress is a major contributor to hair loss and people are so often left without a much needed support system.
